Overview
Bundli (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates providers.bundli.ca. We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act) and applicable Canadian privacy law.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly:
- Provider profile information (name, contact details, credentials, bio)
- Health-adjacent information necessary for matching (specialties, birth settings)
- Payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card details)
- Account credentials (managed by Supabase Auth)
Third-party services
We use the following services to operate Bundli:
- JotForm — Provider profile form collection
- Airtable — Ops database for provider management
- Supabase — Application database and authentication
- Stripe — Payment processing and subscription management
- Resend — Transactional email delivery
- Anthropic Claude API — AI-powered matching (family-side)
- Vercel — Website hosting
